This senior executive will be responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring long-term workforce health. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, defining and evolving the global PBP operating model, and overseeing HR/People and PBP strategies.
The role also involves leading change management initiatives, championing leadership development, and monitoring key people metrics for continuous improvement. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including a strong background in HR business partnering and organizational development, is required.
