Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: Determine, from review of various information, necessary changes in design, contract price, installation plan, or other activity; work with engineering and sales to resolve scope and/or design issues. Analyze and define the project management process and sub-process for efficiency. Work closely with the assigned Project Coordinator and Foreman to ensure redundancy within the Project Management team. Provide direction to the Foreman for the creation and/or modification of Project Work Plans/Tasks. Plan and oversee all engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, and subcontracting activities on assigned projects. Provide clear direction to the Procurement Team on when materials, supplies, and services are due, and when they need to be delivered to the job site. Monitor construction schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree required.5 years of audiovisual integration experience. Working experience with job financial reports. Prior scheduling experience.

Location: In-office, Scottsdale, AZ + local field visits (including construction sites).

Work Environment: Fast-paced, technical, collaborative.

Travel: Local travel, including weekly client visits.

Schedule: May require work outside standard business hours as needed.

Physical Demands: sitting/standing; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
