What you will be doing as the AP Supervisor: Supervise 3-4 individuals and interact extensively with other Accounts Payable Representatives located in various field operations as well as outside vendors Assist in a fast paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment 1099 build, review, correction, filing Leases setup, review and update to ASC842 Lease Query Responsible for processing rent payments New vendor setupACH setup and verification – employees and vendors Splitting Tronitech imaged batches and invoice processing Check run, ACH files including sending and releasing with the bank Voids, Garnishments and ACH returns Positive pay and uncashed check research What you will need as the AP Supervisor: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of AP experience. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be valuable. JDEdwards, Tronitech or Lease Query exposure is desirable. Reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a process or function with a view to making on-going improvements.
