About the role
Working fully remote, the full-time ServiceNow Incident and Change Management Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve enterprise infrastructure incidents, manage service tickets, and execute approved system changes while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve incidents, service tickets, and infrastructure support requests
Develop and submit Enterprise Change Requests, including implementation and testing plans
Attend Change Control Working Group meetings and execute approved changes during maintenance windows
Required qualifications:
Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required
Minimum six years of progressive information technology support experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incidents, tickets, and change management processes
At least three years of specialized experience supporting diverse hardware and software solutions
Must maintain applicable DLA-approved Computing Environment and tool qualifications
