About the role
Supporting content creation and technical facilitation, the full-time Webinar Facilitator Analyst will manage client communications, assist with webinar promotion, and provide help desk operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage high-volume client communications and oversee incoming/outgoing emails
Collaborate with the webinar team to promote webinars and provide technical support during events
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website enhancements and analyze reports to monitor user activity
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with expertise in writing and a minimum of 2 years' experience
Experience in editing and creating 508-compliant products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Share Point
Understanding of webinar technology and editing software or a willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
