Portfolio Manager – Commercial Real Estate | Phoenix, AZCommercial Properties, Inc. (CPI) has managed commercial buildings and associations across Metro Phoenix since 1981. Today we oversee 200+ industrial, office, retail, and association properties totaling 12.8M square feet — and we're looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team.About the RoleAs a Portfolio Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial properties — building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors while overseeing everything from budgeting and leasing to maintenance and financial reporting. You'll also mentor property managers and collaborate closely with our accounting and leasing teams to deliver best-in-class service.What You'll DoServe as the main point of contact for property owners, delivering monthly financial reports and annual budgetsOversee interior/exterior maintenance, vendor coordination, and capital projectsBuild strong tenant relationships — lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, rent collection, and improvement projectsManage tenant improvement projects in line with lease agreements and owner approvalsLead annual CAM reconciliations and budgetingSupport new leasing and lease renewals, and abstract lease data into YardiConduct property inspections and maintain accurate records and checklistsMentor and support a small team of property managersWhat You BringActive Arizona Real Estate License5+ years of commercial property management experienceStrong grasp of property management accounting/financeProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Yardi/Payscan experience strongly preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsA BA/BS degree preferredPrior supervisory experience a plusA positive, service-first attitude and comfort navigating shifting prioritiesWhy CPIWe've built our reputation over 45+ years on integrity, teamwork, and genuine care for the people we work with — clients, tenants, and colleagues alike.
