Position: Packing Associate Location: Austell, GA Schedule: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - Midnight | 3rd Shift: Midnight - 8:00 AM Pay: 1st Shift: $13/hr | 2nd Shift: $15/hr | 3rd Shift: $16/hr Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are hiring Packing Associates for a client in Austell, GA, with openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a production floor role where attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues
  • Pack products according to customer specifications and company standards
  • Apply labels and packaging materials accurately
  • Verify product quantities before packaging
  • Stack and pre-wrap pallets
  • Assist with production line changeovers and housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors
  • Follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable
Must Haves:
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on a production floor
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow packaging specifications
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with GMP standards or food/consumer goods production
  • Experience stacking and wrapping pallets
