About the role

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager for BIW/Body Shop in California with travel. You will shape long-term production strategies, optimize environments, and scale vehicle assembly while leading cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in BIW automotive manufacturing, expertise in GD&T, PFMEA, DFMs, and advanced joining technologies, and will mentor junior engineers as the department grows.
