This pivotal role involves owning the go-to-market strategy, winning new payer partnerships, and growing strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining target markets, segmentation, pricing, and contracting approaches, as well as for driving complex enterprise sales cycles with a focus on Blues plans and other commercial payers. The VP will also be tasked with delivering against revenue goals, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and shaping the company's payer strategy. A key aspect of the role is to represent the company externally, building credibility with payer executives and establishing the brand as a leader in women's midlife care. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payer sales, business development, or partnerships, with a strong preference for those with a background in health tech, provider services, care delivery, or value-based care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar payer partnerships, be adept at navigating complex payer organizations, and possess the ability to both set strategic direction and close critical deals. Experience with value-based or risk-aligned partnerships is a plus. The role requires a strategic operator with a hands-on approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders.
