The Role:
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven fundraiser to help identify, maintain, and grow our philanthropic revenue. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to identify, cultivate, and secure new major donors, corporate partners, and foundation supporters, creating the pipeline that will fuel ICRF's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, maintain, and grow prospective major donors ($25K+).Build a robust prospect pipeline through networking, referrals, local events, and outreach. Lead the full cycle of relationship development, including first intoduction through cultivation, solicitation, close, and stewardship. Serve as an ambassador for ICRF’s mission. Drive fundraising plans to meet revenue goals. Identify new donor communities. Create and support events that generate engagement and revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of fundraising experience
- Proven success securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
- Strong ability to move donors from cultivation to close
- Experience within the Jewish philanthropic community (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsCRM + Microsoft Office proficiency
