About the role

Broadview Federal Credit Union is launching its first dedicated AI function, building production AI applications for employees and members in weeks, not quarters. You will own end-to-end systems from data access to API and UI, on a senior, high-autonomy team alongside the VP of AI and an AI Architect. You will design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines across manuals and lending guidelines, and secure integrations with strong guardrails and audit logging to meet regulatory requirements.
