About the role
EDF power solutions North America is seeking a senior in-house counsel in the San Diego area to lead negotiations and drafting of EPC, BoP, HV, and related construction agreements for utility-scale wind, solar, storage, and transmission projects.
The role manages MSAs, BESS, Tracker, Inverter, MPT, Breaker, and other procurement agreements, plus long-term service and O&M contracts. Requires JD/LLB and US/Canada bar, with 10+ years of experience.
