About the role

GP Academy at Gregory Poole seeks an experienced Technical Training Manager to lead development and execution of technical training and workforce initiatives across the LIFT Division. This role reports to the GP Academy Director and supervises four direct reports. You will identify skill gaps, design practical training solutions, and drive measurable improvements in operations by leveraging LMS, OEM programs, and cross-functional partnerships with supervisors and subject-matter experts.
