The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike. This role requires a highly organized and multitasking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
