About the role

The OpportunityThe Director, Product Management is responsible for overseeing the development and management of new and/or enhanced fitness products and services within the company. This individual needs to be innovative, results-driven, and collaborative in order to create and drive the successful launch of our fitness products.What You'll DoDevelop and execute product development strategies that align with company goals, target audience, and market trends.Lead cross-functional teams to create and launch new fitness products and services, from ideation to commercialization.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the successful launch of new products and to create effective marketing campaigns.Engage in market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities for new product development.Work with the engineering and design teams to ensure that new products are technically feasible, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.Manage the product development budget and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify new opportunities for innovation.Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of product development projects.Who You AreAt least 8 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fitness industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fitness products and services.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer needs, and product performance data.Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Passion for fitness and wellness, with a deep understanding of the industry and consumer trends.
