About the role
Digi Key is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Benefits Partner to lead health, welfare, retirement plans, and leave programs. You will oversee compliance, implementation, and management of benefits across active and former employees, while driving wellness initiatives and vendor performance.
In this role, you will collaborate with benefits brokers in the US and UK, monitor program outcomes, and participate in annual enrollment. A strong governance mindset and HRIS proficiency are essential.
