Sales Account Manager | Colorado | $130K OTE
Office location: Broomfield Love the hunt? Build a territory from scratch. A fast-growing security integrator is looking for a hunter to take over an open Colorado territory. You won't inherit a stale book of accounts. You'll go find the next one, walk the building, design the solution, and close the deal.
What you'll do: Prospect and win new business. About 90% of the role is net-new. Walk customer sites and quote camera and security systems, typically $20K-$50K deals. Work side by side with ops and the install team. Sales and ops are one team here.
What we're looking for: 1-2+ years of sales with a real track record of cold prospecting (inbound-only doesn't count)Hungry, self-motivated and coachableA background in security, low-voltage, HVAC, mechanical or IT is a plus, but we'll teach the product What's in it for you$50-65K base plus uncapped commission, with $130K OTEFull benefits, 401(k) match, paid training, mileage and phone reimbursementA tight-knit team where every current rep is performing over 100% to plan Interested?
