Solutions Architect Lead - West Coast

A high-growth fintech SaaS organization is hiring a Solutions Architect Lead to own enterprise customer implementations for a fraud, risk, identity and compliance platform. This is a player-coach leadership role combining customer-facing solution architecture, technical project leadership, API integration, and team mentorship. Client Details Our client is a high-growth fintech technology company that provides enterprise-grade solutions. Description Lead customer implementations from kickoff through production deployment Serve as primary technical contact during on-boarding and integration Guide customers through API, SDK, and platform integrations Gather technical and business requirements Design scalable implementation solutions Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Partner with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical issues Develop implementation documentation and integration best practices Provide customer feedback to internal teams Mentor and support implementation/integration team members Help establish scalable on-boarding processes and implementation standards Profile 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Integrations Engineering, Professional Services, Implementation Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles. Proven success leading enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through production deployment. Strong API integration expertise, including REST APIs, OpenAPI, JSON, SDKs, Postman, and technical troubleshooting. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions while effectively managing technical and business stakeholders. Experience serving as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the on-boarding and implementation lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, balancing timelines, risks, priorities, and customer expectations. Strong problem-solving skills and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Experience creating implementation documentation, integration playbooks, and repeatable on-boarding best practices. Leadership experience in a player-coach environment, mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with customer engagements. Fintech, payments, fraud, identity, compliance, AML, risk, or other regulated technology experience strongly preferred.
