What You'll Do:
  • Research state websites and public records following established guidelines
  • Review search results and determine which information matters most
  • Prioritize findings and accurately enter information into company systems
  • Work across two computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Perform accurate, efficient data entry
  • Coordinate research projects while meeting quality and productivity goals
  • What You'll BringData entry, research, administrative, or similar office experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with fast, accurate data entry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multi-step processes without losing focus
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Comfortable making decisions in situations without a clear-cut answer
  • Ability to retain and process large amounts of information
