About the role

Production Technician We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing and packaging operations. This position will involve operating production equipment, inspecting products for quality, completing required documentation, and following established safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities: Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic production equipment. Follow standard operating procedures, process sheets, and work instructions. Prepare materials and packaging supplies to support production. Inspect products and components for quality, completeness, and accuracy. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards. Complete production orders, documentation, records, and required metrics accurately. Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and routine area maintenance. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production and packaging processes. Support continuous improvement and quality objectives. Work closely with team members and internal departments. Train other employees as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of safety procedures. Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work additional hours or adjust schedule when needed.
Preferred Experience: 1+ year of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience. Experience working with GMP or ISO standards is a plus.
