About the role

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER USAThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the wholesale business and distribution network across the assigned territory, covering the Central States and West Coast. This is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial role, focused on developing new accounts, growing existing partnerships, and driving sales across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities: · Business Development: Grow the wholesale business and identify new commercial opportunities across the assigned territory, including prospecting and opening high-potential retail accounts.· Account Management & Growth: Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key retail partners, develop account plans, and identify opportunities for growth.· Sales Performance: Manage sell-in, sell-out, inventory, assortments, and forecasts, while monitoring KPIs and account performance and taking corrective actions when needed.· Brand & Retail Excellence: Ensure strong brand positioning and visibility across retail partners, coordinating visual merchandising, training, product launches, events, and sell-out initiatives.· Client & Market Development: Develop CRM, clienteling, and VIP initiatives while monitoring market trends and competitive activity and providing relevant insights to management.· Territory Management & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support commercial initiatives and maintain a strong presence across the territory, with extensive travel as required.
Qualifications & Experience: · Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or business development within the luxury industry.· Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the U.S. luxury retail market and an established network of relationships with retailers and strategic partners.· Business Development: Proven experience developing new accounts, managing sales territories, and growing existing partnerships.· Commercial Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, account management, forecasting, and analytical skills.· Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to build long-term partnerships.· Approach & Mobility: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong results-oriented mindset and willingness to travel extensively, up to approximately 60% of the time.
Location: Remote, with regular travel across the assigned territory.
