The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Tax Associate on a path to Tax Manager. This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage engagements, review work, and gain exposure to advanced tax planning. You’ll work directly with firm leadership on client strategy, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (S Corps, partnerships, LLCs)Manage client onboarding and accounting workflows Oversee bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reporting Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities Implement tax planning strategies Mentor junior staff and review their work Improve internal systems and processes Requirements 5+ years of tax preparation (individual + small business)3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experienceCPA or EA license (required)Strong knowledge of U.S. small business taxation Client communication skills
