Ballad Health has entered into a $260 million dollar agreement with Varian to provide hardware, digital solutions and software and professional and clinical services for advanced oncology solutions. The Appalachian Highlands region of Northeast Tennessee is comprised of three mid-sized cities (Bristol, VA/TN, Kingsport, TN and Johnson City, TN).Washington County, TN and Sullivan County, TN boasts a population of over 300,000 people. Our comprehensive Cancer network covers Bristol, TN, Kingsport, TN, Johnson City, TN, and Greeneville, TN and are accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American College of Surgeons.
