Onsite Delivery ManagerMinneapolis, Minnesota, United StatesJob DescriptionOnsite Delivery Manager Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE) preferred, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) considered (Contractors will not be evaluated) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Onsite Delivery Manager to lead and oversee critical ERP programs, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP Program Management (SAP/Oracle), hands-on experience in large-scale implementations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires PMP certification, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end ERP program management, including implementations and integrations (SAP B1, Oracle EBS, Datalake).Serve as the primary escalation point for all project-related issues during CST business hours.Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Engage in day-to-day program activities, providing hands-on oversight for critical initiatives.Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.Travel as required (including Tijuana, Mexico, and other US locations) to support project needs.Mandatory Qualifications:PMP Certification (Mandatory).Proven experience in ERP Program Management (SAP/Oracle).Strong background in end-to-end project execution, preferably in Datalake and/or SAP environments.Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work flexible/long hours and travel as needed.Exceptional communication, articulation, and leadership skills.Or refer someone
