About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming banking experience
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
- Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and digital banking services
- Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
- Respond to account inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Help customer identify banking products and services that fit their financial needs
- Process account maintenance requests, including address changes and account updates
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, retail, or a similar face-to-face environment
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
- Dependable with the ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to recognize customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Team player who demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude
