About the role

Join an established organization as an Accounts Payable Manager, overseeing full-cycle AP for multiple entities. This role will manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor payments, reporting, & month-end activities.
Who You Are:
  • You have 7+ years of experience in finance and accounts payable
  • You have experience managing full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment
  • You understand G/L coding, GAAP accounting, sales/use tax, & 1099 reporting
  • You have experience with AP systems; Sage X3 is preferred
  • You bring strong communication, organization, & attention to detail
What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee invoice processing, check requests, vendor payments, & account reconciliations
  • Manage AP data entry, G/L coding, sales/use tax, & vendor records
  • Lead monthly AP close and maintain aging & payment reports
  • Ensure accurate 1099 processing and support audits & Finance requests
What Success Looks Like:
  • Vendors are paid accurately and on time
  • High-volume AP activity is processed efficiently and accurately
  • Records, reporting, & month-end processes remain organized and compliant
  • Hourly Range: $40-$45, based on experience
