Role Overview: An experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is sought to join the NICU team within a regional neonatology division, providing care for critically ill and recovering infants in Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage network NICU coverage, including attending deliveries and managing high-risk infants under 35 weeks Conduct admissions, history-taking, physical assessments, and ongoing patient management Perform procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tubes, arterial puncture, arterial line placement, and ventilator management Collaborate with neonatologists, residents, and nursing staff in a team-oriented environment Work flexible shift combinations (8, 16, or 24 hours) without outpatient clinic duties
Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification Experience in neonatal intensive care and high-risk delivery management Proficiency in neonatal procedures and ventilator management Strong collaborative and communication skills
