Job Description: As a Call Center Representative at Brixton Corp, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers and clients. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, and help ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, attentive, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people throughout the day.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information. Assist customers with general inquiries, requests, and concerns. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Follow company procedures and communication standards. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance. Escalate complex situations to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every interaction. Collaborate with team members to meet individual and department goals. Maintain confidentiality and properly handle customer information.
Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
