About the role

Operating with a high degree of professional autonomy, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Affairs will draft, review, and negotiate complex creator agreements while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners in a remote or onsite capacity. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate creator/talent agreements, ensuring alignment with client and internal business goals Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks during negotiations, proposing solutions to protect commercial interests Oversee contract workflow, tracking key terms and obligations while maintaining standardized templates and systems Required qualifications 6-10 years of contract management experience in the creator economy, social media marketing, or entertainment Advanced expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements with talent representatives and legal counsel Comprehensive understanding of US contract law and creator agreement structures Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under pressure Solid understanding of FTC guidelines and Intellectual Property rights
