The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing an AI-native revenue operating model that drives predictable growth. This role requires a strategic and systems-oriented leader with a proven track record in scaling GTM operations, particularly in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments. The VP will be at the forefront of institutionalizing AI-driven workflows, embedding automation and intelligence into systems, and establishing global standards for data hygiene and tooling adoption. They will also lead transformational initiatives in revenue planning, pricing, and process improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for strategic initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in strategic and revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a candidate with strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to influence C-level and Board stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI-native or product-led growth environments, and a background in building predictive revenue analytics and AI-enabled forecasting models.
