About the role

Job TitleWe are a design firm specializing in Residential & Commercial design, located in Sherman Oaks. We are currently looking for an experienced Drafter and Expediter.Requirements:Work with a project manager.Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. NO EXCEPTIONS.Ability to read and understand both residential and commercial architectural and structural plans.Computer savvy (Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, etc.).Must be able to multitask, meet changing deadlines and work well under pressure.Must be punctual and a quick learner.Knowledge of local building codes is a plus.Must know rendering.California residents only.Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
