Job Summary: Seeking a Treasury Analyst to support cash management, forecasting, FX activities, financial reporting, and treasury operations in a global environment. This role will partner with Treasury leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting process improvements, controls, and strategic finance initiatives.
Responsibilities: Prepare cash forecasts, intercompany funding projections, and FX position forecasts. Support liquidity optimization, FX management, and treasury reporting. Develop monthly, quarterly, and long-range financial forecasts and management reports. Prepare executive presentations and provide financial analysis to key stakeholders. Support bank account administration, online banking systems, and bank mandates. Assist with vendor onboarding, corporate card, and travel account administration. Support internal/external audits, month-end close, and process walkthroughs. Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls. Perform ad hoc treasury analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.3+ years of progressive Treasury experience, preferably in a global environment. Life sciences industry experience preferred. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong reporting and data management skills. Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, SAP, or other ERP/financial systems preferred. Knowledge of SOX controls, cash management, FX, and financial reporting preferred. Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, and project management. MBA, advanced degree, or professional certification preferred.
