Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Executive Coordinator to support one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the United States. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to three System Vice Presidents and their teams, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and event planning, executive communications, and other administrative functions that support senior leadership across the organization. This role requires 15-20% travel to support leadership meetings, conferences, organizational events, and executive initiatives.Other responsibilities include:-Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing competing demands.-Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary management.-Plan and support leadership meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, meeting materials, room reservations, and on-site coordination.-Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.-Partner closely with other Executive Coordinators across departments including IT, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to align schedules, meetings, and organizational initiatives.-Coordinate recognition and employee support efforts, including bereavement acknowledgments, flowers, meals, gifts, and other special arrangements.-Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials as needed.-Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion when handling sensitive matters.-Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
