About the role

Leading AI adoption across all departments, the full-time remote AI Enablement Lead will manage the AI Center of Excellence, coach a network of champions, and drive measurable business value through comprehensive training and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own company-wide AI adoption, including awareness, training, activation, and measuring business value Run the AI Center of Excellence, managing operations such as champions network and adoption scoreboard Recruit and coach champions in every department, facilitating cross-functional AI pods to deliver measurable results Required Qualifications 5+ years in engineering, operations, or enablement roles, with 2+ years leading platform adoption across an organization 1+ year of recent experience directly building and influencing AI initiatives at the company level Hands-on experience scripting, calling APIs, and automating workflows related to AI Proven ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating successful adoption curves Evidence of producing measurable outcomes, showcasing before and after results from initiatives led
