Project CoordinatorA Charlotte corporate office is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of projects from estimating to closeout. This role combines project coordination with business development and marketing tasks, making it a unique opportunity for growth within a dynamic team. Salary up to $60k!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks and maintain project records.
Support the project team (managers, superintendents, directors, and accounting).Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
Research and identify companies to add to the bid list, focusing on business development opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ year of project coordination preferred, within a construction environment QuickBooks experience preferred
- Certified Notary Public preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to research and analyze potential business opportunities
