About the role
To enhance operational performance in Provider Programs, the full-time Risk Program Delivery Specialist will implement and improve program processes, analyze data for business recommendations, and oversee documentation and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Collects and analyzes data to recommend improvements in business practices and customer experience
Leads business process improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation and cross-functional collaboration
Supports financial management activities, including program administration and claims management
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in program delivery, operations, or business process improvement
2+ years of experience analyzing operational data for process and efficiency improvements
Experience documenting and standardizing business processes across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and stakeholder communication
Experience with departmental finance activities such as budgeting and forecasting
