About the role
- Identify, source and evaluate potential multifamily development sites across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm BeachUse and grow your existing broker relationships to bring on- and off-market opportunities to the company
- Spend time on the road: attend site visits and meet brokers, landowners, municipalities and partners across the tri-county area
- Underwrite opportunities and lead initial feasibility, including zoning, density, site constraints and market analysis
- Support LOI negotiations, due diligence and acquisition closings
- Work closely with leadership, the in-house construction team and capital partners to advance deals through pre-development
- Represent the company in the market as a trusted, credible point of contact
- Salary up to $200K plus project based bonuses
