Job Description:
Job Description Responsibilities- Build and repair decks, stairs, railings, and structural framing.- Install siding, trim, windows, doors, and exterior finishes.- Perform framing repairs, dry rot repairs, and general structural improvements.- Complete drywall, finish carpentry, and general home remodeling projects.- Follow plans, scopes of work, and company quality standards.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.- Document completed work with photos and daily notes using company software.- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and teammates.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience.- Experience with decks, siding, framing, drywall, trim, and general remodeling.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Own basic hand tools (tool bags, hammer, tape measure, speed square, utility knife, chalk line, pry bar, etc.). Company provides power tools.- Comfortable using a smartphone to upload photos, notes, and job updates.- Ability to lift 75 lbs., work on ladders, and perform physical labor safely.
