About the role

Blue Owl is seeking a Market Leader (Vice President) to drive adoption of investment solutions across a defined territory within a hybrid sales framework. You will lead advisor engagement, develop a data-driven territory plan, and partner with senior team members to meet and exceed sales KPIs. Travel is expected 1–2x per month as needed. The role requires 6–10+ years in financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
