As a Custodial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards across our custodial services.
Managerial Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff. Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals. Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.
Desired Qualifications: At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.
