Define and enforce platform engineering standards across Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment patterns, and operational practices. Leverage AI-assisted development tooling, including Claude Code, to accelerate platform delivery; apply agentic development practices where they improve engineering efficiency. Own the customer relationship for our products and services by engaging directly with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements, communicate roadmaps, and resolve escalations. Contribute and maintain comprehensive documentation covering architecture, APIs, runbooks, and capacity planning processes.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a cloud-native environment. Strong proficiency in Java and Go. Experience with Python and SQL is a plus. Extensive experience using and maintaining a Kubernetes environment as a deployment platform for containerized applications. Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud provider. Strong proficiency with observability tooling such as Grafana and Open Telemetry. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform and modern CI/CD practices. Experience with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tooling; hands-on agentic development experience is a significant advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing contexts.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
