About the role
- Prepare and process insurance licensing applications and renewals for adjusters, producers, and third-party administrator (TPA) licenses.
- Coordinate corporate authorization filings and state registrations.
- Assist with legal entity formations, annual reports, business registrations, and related filings.
- Track licensing deadlines and renewal requirements to ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare documentation required by insurance carriers and regulatory agencies.
- Support responses to state Department of Insurance inquiries and requests.
- Maintain licensing databases, records, and regulatory reference materials.
- Research state insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
- Review carrier reporting requirements and assist with compliance-related projects.
- Coordinate continuing education tracking and licensing support activities.
- Partner with internal departments nationwide to gather information and complete regulatory filings.
- Assist with special projects and process-improvement initiatives within the Compliance Department.

- Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of professional administrative, compliance, licensing, insurance, legal support, regulatory, or business operations experienceORBachelor's Degree and relevant administrative or business experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Previous insurance licensing experience
- Experience working for an insurance carrier, TPA, agency, brokerage, or regulatory organization
- Experience with insurance licensing renewals and filings
- Knowledge of state insurance regulations
- Experience managing databases, deadlines, and compliance calendars
- Experience with corporate registrations and regulatory filings
