About the role
Sales Support Specialist - Entry LevelWe are expanding its healthcare group and seeking motivated sales candidates for its office located in the southwest Austin, TX close to Downtown. We recruit the very best talent for our clients. We are a high-margin shop – meaning, we do not work on lower-level jobs with volume. We are the specialist that gets hired when clients want things done right and need further assistance with difficult job placements.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Communications or Business.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Self-motivated and driven.
Multitasker able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs
What you'll do:
- Answer client emails
- Assist with candidate screening and onboarding
- Lead generating / Cold calling
- Answer operator calls
- Enter data into CRMSetting up appointments
- Help with other miscellaneous tasks
