About the role
Modern Floristry in the Los Angeles metropolitan area seeks a Horticultural Manager to lead our Plantscape team, focusing on training, continuing education and reinforced technique for our Plantscape Associates. You will grow the Tech teams to execute installations, optimize care practices, and maintain high aesthetic quality.
You will supervise horticultural staff, coordinate schedules and workflows, and ensure client specifications and standards are met across projects.
