Solutions DeveloperCampus: Tempe | Pay: $66,200 – $82,500 per year DOEResponsibilitiesPartner with administrative and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that improve efficiency and align with FSE and ETS priorities.Develop, test, and deliver functional solutions using low‐code platforms, automation tools, AI‐assisted development, and lightweight coding.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, understood, and translated into outcomes.Consult with departments and functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, guiding them toward sustainable, technology‐enabled solutions.Integrate systems and automate workflows to reduce redundancy, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.Desired QualificationsExperience designing and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency or business processes.Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional solutions using requirements gathering, workflow analysis, or similar techniques.Hands‐on experience with automation platforms or low‐code tools (e.g., Power Automate, ServiceNow, Make.com, MuleSoft).Familiarity with AI‐assisted solution development (e.g., AI‐powered prototyping, automation, or code generation).Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology‐enabled improvements.Proven success in consultative roles — guiding staff or departments toward adopting effective technical solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‐technical audiences.Experience documenting requirements, processes, and solutions in clear, reusable formats.BenefitsHealth, dental, vision and other ASU benefits available.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by law.
