PMJob Description: Support the internal Campaign Planning team in translating global media briefs into digital media recommendations under the oversight of a Director-level lead. Build and maintain media plan sheets capturing recommended platform mix, partner names, tactics, and budget allocation across digital media channels including programmatic, CTV, paid social, You Tube, and paid search. Incorporate feedback across multiple revision rounds as plans move toward approval. Support campaign activation by working with media buyers to ensure creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign details are delivered on time and set up correctly. Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and instructional guides. Review plan sheets and campaign setups for errors and accuracy. Monitor campaigns to confirm they are tracking toward delivery goals and flag issues for Director review. Manage day-to-day communications with internal stakeholders and media vendors. Assist with campaign recaps and optimization reporting against goals and benchmarks. Stay on top of creative needs, specifications, and deadlines. Review media briefs from internal marketing teams covering campaign objectives, approved budgets, timelines, and target audiences. Develop media recommendations and plans and ensure campaigns go live and run smoothly following approval. Support media buying negotiations and demonstrate an understanding of media vendors, marketplace dynamics, and economics.
Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media planning or buying. Experience working with digital media channels such as programmatic, CTV, paid social, You Tube, and paid search. Knowledge of media buying and digital media offerings. Experience using media planning tools such as Prisma or Media Tools. Strong Excel and Power Point skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple concurrent media plans under tight deadlines. Clear communication skills when working with planning leads, media buyers, internal stakeholders, and vendors. Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, or measurement platforms is a plus.
