PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient status, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and families. You will support care plans, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and educate patients and caregivers. Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and self-care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Support orientation and mentoring of new staff as needed Medication administration Wound care and dressing changes Vital signs monitoring Patient assessment and observation IV therapy and injections Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Care planning and implementation Infection control procedures Patient and family education Clinical triage and prioritization Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice BLS (Basic Life Support) certification IV therapy certification (where applicable) Clinical experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or acute care Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
