About the role
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the pre-owned sales team.
- Drive sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and department performance.
- Oversee pre-owned inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
- Monitor leads, follow-up, and sales activity to maximize opportunities.
- Assist with customer negotiations and closing sales.
- Work closely with the Used Car, Service, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Lexus standards.

- Experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
