Russell Tobinis partnering with a topaerospace parts manufacturing companyto identify a Quality Assurance Engineerfor an opportunity inHuntsville, AL .Responsibilities Execute, maintain, and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) activities to ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, EASA, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, forms, records, document/revision controls, and retention requirements. Monitor processes for compliance; identify, document, and esc QMS gaps, nonconformances, product safety concerns, and compliance risks. Support interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements, standards, and revisions. Prepare for and participate in internal, customer, certification-body, and regulatory audits, including documentation, objective evidence, findings, and corrective actions. Support CAPA activities, including data gathering, root-cause analysis, corrective-action implementation, and effectiveness verification. Support Safety Management System (SMS) activities, including safety reporting, hazard identification, documentation, and data tracking. Analyze quality data to identify recurring issues, adverse trends, systemic risks, and opportunities for improvement; elevate significant findings to Quality Assurance leadership. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance requirements are consistently applied. Provide guidance on QMS procedures and quality requirements and serve as a QA point of contact for assigned processes or functional areas. Prepare quality reports, metrics, dashboards, and management summaries while maintaining accurate, complete, traceable, and audit-ready records. Support quality planning, change management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement activities under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, aerospace, manufacturing, or another regulated industry. Experience working within an AS9100- or ISO-based Quality Management System. Experience participating in internal, customer, certification, or regulatory audits preferred. Experience with corrective-action and root-cause analysis processes preferred. Quality certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQA, or equivalent are a plus. SMS training or experience in an aviation/aerospace safety environment is a plus.

Duration: 12+ Month’s contract with potential to extend
Pay rate: $40–$45/Hr. depending on experience
