About the role

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the part-time Referral Support Advocate will manage Concierge Referrals, assist members in finding high-quality providers for in-person and virtual visits, and collaborate with the Care Team in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Understanding and completing all tasks related to Concierge Referrals, including identifying and presenting high-quality providers based on member preferences Scheduling appointments for members and ensuring their support throughout the healthcare journey Maintaining a balance between performance targets and member satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements Required qualifications: Proficiency in common office software, including Google Apps and CRM systems Experience with accurate data collection and entry Ability to adapt to process changes in fast-paced environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable performing internet searches and troubleshooting basic technical issues
